Requests for rezoning, variances and site water management are just a part of the process that can be managed. Pre-approvals for anticipated building and site design requirements all help to make the project smoother.

Visualizations often do better than words. Our three-dimensional renderings, site plans, charts and graphs, show comparisons and compliance, and ultimately help you explain the project design to authorities, lenders, franchisors, customers and yourself.

Organizing bidding materials, establishing bid procedures and comparing contractor pricing all contribute to successfully managing construction costs and determining the relative benefits of design options.

We feel strongly that we should be involved during the construction phase of a project. In fact, many codes and jurisdictions are now requiring the continued involvement of the design professional during the construction of the project.
We assist the construction process by answering builder requests for information, providing supplemental drawings, reviewing change orders and requests for payment, conducting field observation of construction, reviewing shop drawings and generating punch lists to correct deficient work.
